Ramadhan again and this time, Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences will feature an array of "Citarasa Kampung" Ramadhan Buffet starting from 27th May to 24th June 2017. The Ramadhan Buffet will be available at Flavors Restaurant, located at Level 1 of the Hotel. Diners can opt for more than 100 variety of culinary delights and desserts, all priced at RM118 nett per person. For early birds, Ramadhan Buffet vouchers can be purchased at the price of RM70.00 nett per person and RM35.00 nett per child and this promotion valid till 26th May 2017. 

The "Citarasa Kampung" will feature Chef Yusoff Salleh, the Hotel's Malay Sous Chef with his specialties of authentic Malay cuisine. Some of the highlights of Ramadhan Buffet are "Nasi Kerabu", “Gulai Tulang Rusuk Lembu”, "Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak”, "Asam Pedas Melaka "Sambal Udang Petai", "Kerabu Tembikai", "Bubur Lambuk Burung Unfa", "Rendang Tok and "Puyuh Goreng Berempah". Action stalls are available too and diners choose from Arabic Roasted Lamb. Chicken Shawarma, Noodie Stall (Curry Noodle,Asam Laksa and Soup Noodle), Nasi Bukhari, Grilled Fish and “Ayam Goreng Berempah".


To end your breaking fast, head to dessert counter with moth-watering Malay Kuih, ice­cream, "Pulut Manga", Onde-onde, assorted French Pastries, Malay "Bubur", Basbousa & Kanafeh and many more.... simply irresistible.

Chef Yusof brings more than 20 years of experience. He started his humble career as a commis for a small hotel in Langkawi, Kedah, Perak. Four years later, Chef Yusoff continues expanding his career as a commis 3 and Chef de Partie for 16 years in an international chair hotels before joining Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences as Malay Sous Chef.

His inspirational to work as a chef derived from his passion in cooking and the experience to learn new cuisine from others. In his position of the Malay Sous Chef at this hotel, he is able to prepare his delicious Malay signature dishes such as Rendang Tok, Ikon Jenahak Asam Pedas Ayam Percik Kambing Golek and many other Malay specialties, and most of it is the hand down recipes by his late grandmother, who taught him on using a lot of herbs and spices in Malay cooking.
